Don’t worry, the zips on your beanbag aren’t broken. For child safety reasons, the outside zipper pull has been intentionally removed before shipment. If you need to open your bag, simply use a paperclip to pull it open. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your beanbag. This cover is not removable, but the Oxford fabric can be easily spot cleaned as needed. 

Please Note: This cover arrives unfilled — no beans or foam are included. For the best structure and comfort, we recommend filling your lounger primarily with beans, as they provide support and help the chair hold its shape. However, we do find that swapping 100 L of beans for 120 L of foam keeps some of the structure and also adds a quieter, softer feel to the bean bag. Using 100% foam filling is not recommended.
