How to Achieve the Perfect Fit

Step 1: Click the “Which Size Fits Me” button above. With your knee bent at 30 degrees, measure the circumference of your thigh 14 cm above the centre of the kneecap.

Step 2: Then measure the circumference of your calf 12 cm below the centre of your kneecap, also with the knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 3: Your NBA Sports Knee Support should feel snug and supportive, but not overly tight or restrictive.
