How to Find the Right Fit

1. Step 1: Measure the circumference of your thigh 30 cm above the knee, with your knee bent at a 30° angle.   

        

2. Step 2: Measure the circumference 2 cm above the knee,with t with the same bend.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

3. Step 3: The brace should feel snug and supportive, but never tight or uncomfortable.
